Richards, Kimble & Winn, P.C. was formed in 2005 when John Richards, a long time HOA law practitioner, saw the need for improvement in how law firms service their HOA clients. It is a boutique law firm practicing in the areas of condominium, townhome, and homeowner's association law, construction law, business law, and all areas of state and Federal civil litigation as well as adoptions, estate planning, uncontested divorces, and probate.

Today the firm actively participates in lobbying HOA legislation, conducting HOA law seminars, providing continuing education for real estate agents, holding workshops for HOA board members, and writing and publishing articles dealing with HOA law.
